PetYen (“we,” “us,” and “our”) provides a platform (the “Website”) where Pet Owners can find Providers of pet-related services in their area. In order to do operate the Website, we sometimes must ask our users (“you”) to provide some information about themselves. PetYen is committed to providing a safe and secure experience to all of its users and to protecting the information we collect from them online. This Privacy Policy explains how PetYen treats the personal and other information that we gather from you when you interact with the Website.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that PetYen does not own or control, or to individuals that PetYen does not employ or manage. Specifically, this Privacy Policy does not govern your interactions with other PetYen users.

The PetYen Website has two types of Members: (1) Pet Owners and (2) providers of pet-related services (hereinafter “Providers”). This Privacy Policy is a part of the terms and conditions which are set forth in our Terms of Use Agreement. This Privacy Policy governs only the information collected by through the Website and does not cover any such information collected by any other company or third party, unless specifically stated. We may from time to time combine this information with other information we collect from other publicly available sources, such as information received from businesses, events, social networks, other websites, service providers, marketing companies or Advertisers and, if we do so, our use of the resulting combined information will be subject to this Privacy Policy.
Your continued use of the Website indicates your acceptance of this Privacy Policy and of the collection, use, disclosure, management and storage of your Personal Information and Other Information as described herein. WHAT INFORMATION DOES PETYEN COLLECT?
If you are a Pet Owner, PetYen collects certain information when you submit a request through the Website. This information may include your first name, email and/or phonenumber, type of pet you own, your ZIP code, and the type of good or service you are trying to find.

If you are a Provider, PetYen collects certain information when you apply to be listed with PetYen. This information may include your name, business name, phone number, email address, website, address, and description of your business.

We collect your IP Address when you visit or request pages from the Website. We may also, during your interactions with the Website, collect information concerning how you interact with the site, including but not limited to the pages you visit, the duration of your visit, and what hypertext links you follow.

We do not share your Personal Information with unaffiliated third parties for their direct marketing purposes unless you first affirmatively agree to the disclosure when invited to do so. INFORMATION YOU SHARE WITH OTHER PETYEN USERS
PetYen does not provide Pet Owners’ Personal Information to Providers. If a Pet Owner’s request matches with a Provider, we will provide the Pet Owner with information about the Provider so that the Pet Owner can contact the Provider directly. Information Pet Owners share with Providers is not under PetYen’s control and is not subject to this Privacy Policy.

LINKS
The Website may contain links to other web sites, whose information practices may be different from ours. You could be directed to other web pages or online content through links that are beyond our control. These other web pages may set their own cookies, collect information, and/or have their own privacy policies. This Privacy Policy only covers information collected by us on the Website, and we encourage you to review the privacy policy of any other web site you visit, including, Third Party Sites.

ACCURACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
Users of the PetYen Website are required to provide true, current, and accurate Information when prompted. We cannot and will not be responsible for any problems or liability that may arise if you do not give us accurate or truthful information or if you fail to update such Information. We may reject and delete any entry that we believe in good faith to be false, fraudulent or inconsistent with our Terms of Use Agreement or this Privacy Policy.

GOVERNING LAW
PetYen.com is established and maintained in the United States, and only lists Providers located in the United States. PetYen.com and your interactions with the Website are
governed by and operated in accordance with the laws of the U.S. and we make no representation that the Website are governed by or operated in accordance with the laws of other nations. Consequently, you waive any claims that may arise under the laws and regulations that apply to you in or of any other country or jurisdiction.
